How long is delivery for my 'Made to Order Sofa / Bed'?

Delivery varies depending on the maufacturer and collection ordered, please check out the product description for the item you're interested in / purchased for current production timescales.

Will I receive updates for a made to order item?

We receive one manufacturer update approximately 7-14 days notice prior to your order arriving into our warehouse.  Once we have this date our made to order team will be in touch with you via text or email.  Unfortunately we don't receive extra updates in between ordering to delivery.

Can I pay to receive my order quicker?

Please check out our Express Delivery collections of you need a sofa or bed pronto! For made to order items we can't speed up the process from that advertised.

Can I collect my purchase? 

Absolutely! Once your item has arrived with us you can collect from our Yeadon warehouse in Leeds.

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes we charge for delivery with a third party provider, we don't make any profit from courier fees.  

Can I view your products in store?

Currently our warehouse outlet in Leeds is open Weds & Sat 10.30-2.30pm for Sofa and Bed collection viewings.  You can view most collections and browse fabric swatches.  Our helpful staff are always on hand if you need assistance with room dimensions and matching colours.  We've opened our warehouse first as the space is a lot bigger so that all customers can safely distance whilst shopping.

We will will increase the days we open in time.

Is your Springs Store at Thorpe Park open?

Our Springs store still remains closed, however will be opening again later this Summer.
