This is important information. These Terms & Conditions apply to any purchases from Lola Rose Interiors. Please read the terms in full. If you have any questions then you can contact us.
Ex Display / Sample / Clearance Stock
We highly advise ALL purchases to be fully inspected prior to purchase. RRP discount is based on the condition of the item or that it has been used for shop display purposes or as a production sample.
Distance selling regulations do not apply.
It is your responsibility to measure your space and access before buying, as we cannot be held responsible if your items do not fit.
Returns - no refunds given
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we know from time to time items may need to be returned for a replacement, exchange or even a credit note. When any of these occur you will need to notify us within 48 hours of receipt / collection of goods with the reason.
All deposits are none refundable or transferable.
You will be responsible for delivery costs to return an item if you’ve simply changed your mind, plus a £75 admin fee for storage and resale costs. We reserve the right to reject any items sent beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
‘Made to Order & New Items’ come with a 1 Years manufacturers’ warranty against manufacturing defects. The cover includes any defects which may arise under normal use and through faulty factory workmanship.
A repair / replacement will be offered by the manufacturer. This does not cover ex display, samples or clearance stock.
If you’re unhappy with any aspect of our service or your purchase please inform us in writing via the following methods only. Complaints via social media will not be validated by the company.
Any Abuse or harassment by the complainant or a third party in person or social media will immediately invalidate any complaint.

We will acknowledge complaints received by the above methods within 28 working days. If you haven’t received an acknowledgement within this time please contact us on 0113 2507079.
If you remain unhappy after the following process set out above, you may wish to refer it to the Furniture Ombudsman – email@example.com
This does not affect your statutory rights.
The company shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for loses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or for the loss of profits, damage to property or wasted expenditure.
Dimensions & Capacities given are approximate only. Colour production is as accurate as photographic and printing processes will allow.
The rights to all photography are owned by Lola Rose Interiors Ltd. Reproduction of any material without written permission is forbidden.
